ponds are so cool

Ponds have been a big influence on me and are a favorite setting of mine in my artwork. There was a pond near the house I grew up in, in suburban Detroit. As a kid, my summers were spent tromping around the pond, catching turtles and frogs. I am still exploring ponds now as an adult. One of my favorites is the Harlem Meer in Central Park.
